When the Red River Lumber Company came to California, they brought with them the legends of Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox. Westwood was built by the company for logging operations in the heavy timber around Westwood. This rich, piney IPA is brewed as an homage to those early loggers and lumberjacks. Using Chinook, Columbus, and Amarillo hops, this IPA hearkens to the deep forests and clean mountain air still enjoyed by residents of Lassen County to this day. Take it outside and enjoy the natural beauty of our forests!
