Lassen Ale Works started in 2012 at the Pioneer Saloon in historic uptown Susanville, CA. Our philosophy has always been to brew a wide selection of beers to appeal to the broad community of beer lovers. In 2017, we opened our taproom in the old Tum-A-Lum lumber building and we called it "The Boardroom." In 2020, we unfortunately had to part ways with the Pioneer Saloon, but we continue to serve delicious craft brews at The Boardroom. Our menu is small, Pizzas, Salads, Wings, and Sandwiches (until 4pm), but that allows us to offer some of the best food you can find in Lassen County (or maybe anywhere!)
