Our double IPA was inspired by our namesake Lassen Peak, the southern-most volcano in the Cascade Range. Out brewmaster uses five Pacific Northwest hop varieties to give this strong ale a rich hop bitterness and aroma, while the malt body provides great balance - a true hophead's dream.
