Our German-style Helles lager balances malt body with Noble hops and restrained bitterness. A masterclass in subtlety and drinkability, Helles reminds beer lovers that the simple things in life are usually the most rewarding. Our version riffs on the famous "Bumpass Hell" boiling pools at Lassen Volcanic National Park.
